I called Kalb's to get an estimate for my bumper to determine if there was damage that couldn't be seen. Other repair shops said they would only remove the bumper cover when they did the repair, but I wasn't sure I wanted to do a cosmetic-only repair on an 11 year old vehicle. When I called, Roc told me what they would charge to take off the bumper and do a closer inspection. Upon arriving, I explained the nature of the accident and my concerns. Roc looked under the vehicle, looked and felt closely along the bumper, and popped the hood to see everything he could without taking off the bumper. He explained what he was looking for and what we would see from those vantage points if there was internal damage. In addition, he took me into the shop and showed me a car with damage to further illustrate what he was talking about. Replaced bumper, installed tail light and repaired damage on driver side. The work performed on my car was impeccable. The repair was completed ahead of schedule. The price for the work was more than reasonable. When I spoke with anyone on the phone they were professional, courteous and came back with an answer.
