Extremely pleased with the service from impact auto body. Took my car here after I had some damage to my front end bumper and air conditioner. I called 5 other places and they told me it would be 1-2 months before they could even look at my car. I called impact auto body and Diane answered and told me to bring it in the next day to take a look. When I showed up her and the owner Chris were extremely friendly and gave it to me straight. Gave me an accurate price estimate and had me bring it in 2 weeks later for the repair. It only took 2 days for it to be fully repaired and when I went to pick it up they had given me a car washed and vacuumed the inside! This is the one! Five stars!! True quality, honest people and service. I highly recommend them! I just bought a rebuilt van for my elderly parents and when i took it in to Tire Discounters for an oil change and tune up, they alarm me about the repair that has not been done right and suggest i take it in to a body shop for better inspection. I found Impact Auto Body and within minutes of arriving, they inspected my car for estimate and confirmed of the damages but assure me that it's not worth worrying about. Yes they could have taken what I would think upto several thousand dollars of my money for repair but they were honest and steered me away from paying for something that wasn't critical. I found this place online and saw all of the great reviews so I decided to take my car here. Wow! I am so glad that I chose this place! I was rear ended a while ago, and had a lot of trouble dealing with the other person’s insurance so I kept putting off getting my car fixed. When I tell you, this place took care of everything, they took care of EVERYTHING! They dealt with the insurance company, they got my rental car set up, they fixed my bumper, got a few marks off of my side mirror that weren’t even a result of the accident, fixed an electric issue with my headlights, and cleaned my car front to back!! I seriously cannot thank them enough. My car looks great, and I’m so excited to have it back! Very nice people that truly care for you and your car. Thank you to everyone that wrote reviews on here, it helped me make such an important decision on where to take my car.
