I didn't know auto repair places like this existed anymore. Friendly, approachable and totally up front. Place is clean and welcoming. They do excellent work and do it without delays and any nonsense. Strongly recommend. Service: Auto body & trim repair
The staff was exceptional even when my insurance wasn’t! They definitely went above and beyond. I also found a business card by my gas tank and it made me laugh after a long day at work when I filled up. Service: Body & Trim
Fantastic customer service. My neighbor backed into my car, and the people at Impact not only gave me a fair quote but also were persistent in contacting the other guy’s insurance. Diane went out of her way to keep me in the loop and ensure that everything with my rental car was handled. Excellent place that I will be going to in the future again if something were to happen!
