Evan's Auto Care

I contacted Evan's Auto Care regarding issues with my BMW. After having a hard time locating a reliable shop fir my car John helped me tremendously. After speaking with John he educated me regarding my vehicle. He advised me of all issues immediate and non affecting the vehicle. I was advised of my options and given a full report. I then on person was greeted by John and thanked him for gaining a new customer. I will definitely be recommending Evan's Auto Care in the future yo friends and family. This was my first visit to Evans. I am impressed by the level of service this business provides. Usually small auto shops use low/no tech solutions and provide handwritten service orders and quotes/receipts but I was pleasantly surprised by the use of technology to document the service and potential issues and to keep me informed of the status of my vehicle during the service. I appreciate being offered a shuttle ride to work while my car was in for new tires. Everything went as expected and the price quoted was what I paid. I was in town visiting family and unfortuantely had a nail in my tire. Evan's Auto Care was so kind to put on my spare and order me a new tire. I was able to still visit my family and get back on the road safely. So appreciative of the staff and their quick service! Highly recommend! Service: Tires
