I've been goin to Brock's for a few years now. It is so convenient as they are a short walk from my apartment. They are always very friendly and helpful. Even though they are clearly a popular and busy place, they always get my car done within 24 hours. I have compared their prices to other places and it is very reasonable. As a single woman who really doesn't know much about cars, I feel respected and taken seriously when I talk to their staff. I like supporting a small local shop. And they occasionally send me a text asking if I need anything, which I appreciate because I often forget to take my car in for an oil change! Highly recommend!
