I took my car here a while back, just forgot to write a review. I took my car in for an electrical issue. The fuse for the headlight kept blowing and causing my instrument cluster to shut down. The guy working had told me he could look at it for an hr and see if he could find anything and that it would cost like $140 for the hour. The day he said he'd look at it he didn't look at it. Didn't look at it for a couple days later. After he finally looked at it he said he couldn't find anything that was wrong and it could take several hrs to find any kind of issues with the wiring. I brought the car back home and decided to pull the fuse box out and seen where the circuit board was obviously fried. I replaced the circuit board and the car has been working right ever since. Just kinda figured If you were trying to figure out why a fuse was blowing that you would start by looking at the fuse box and the circuit board. I get the feeling he didn't look at anything and just took my money for it.

Horrible and dishonest. He was paid 700 dollars from me and.over 600 from my insurance company, yet never performed the.work. He took money; lied and.said the new part was on; yet.I was.onformed that the new part.was never put on. I saw the mew part.3 days later, which was not on my car. My neighbor looked.under the hood.of the car and stated the part was not new. Not only was I swindled.out.of.700 dollars; I had to take the csr back three.times! I don't know if this.was a race issue, because I was..referred to him by my neighbor. His experience and my experience were polar opposites. If you.are.a particular.race; stay away.from this.place. Oh, one more thing; what he received from me and the insurance company, were totally different amounts. .What happened.to the other money? I give him a zero!!!!!

Tom the owner was helpful and Informative. My son is at UC and car maintainance is not his focus. We brought the car in for brakes and a look over. We appreciate the concern, we were not upcharged for tires which Tom felt we did not need.
