Edit: unfortunately I must ask readers to completely disregard the part of my review that gives credit for good service. Everything was fine and well until I drove My vehicle out of the shop. I was quoted and purchased both an alignment as well as brake work. This came to a bit over $1,000. I was handed the keys after leaving it half a day and overnight because of a missing part. This was unexpected and last minute notice but still not a big problem and I walked home. The nex day upon picking it up I was reassured that Not only had they test drove it but had disassembled and reassembled some of the work after noticing the car didn't have the get up and go that it should. They contribute to this to transmission issues and recommended I see a specialist. I agreed that I would. After leaving however it was apparent that something was wrong with my brakes. It would take a solid 3 seconds to stop as if I was pushing the breakdown into mud. Immediately called Charles, the store manager, to

I needed my tire patched. They got me right in, and was an amazing price. The manager Ron was nice, honest and friendly. The entire staff was very honest, and with me being a female didn't try to upcharge me or try to sell me something I didn't need. I will be going back for further work on my Honda CR-V. Thank you all.

The new management was very helpful did not try to upsell. Gave suggestions for future precautions and or repairs. They are trying to build back with the community. I would definitely come back.
