Fix-it With Fred

These folks are wonderful! They make every step of the process as transparent as possible. We had an issue with our vehicle that we thought would be a pricey fix. However, they tried some things that they believed was the root of the issue and insisted on trying these less expensive routes first before doing more work. Needless to say, they were exactly right, which ended up saving us hundreds! Their communication and fully detailed inspections are awesome. Great bunch of people. Fix-it With Fred has been a wonderful experience, I brought them my Ram 1500 and the turn around on it was 2-3 days, super fast for the amount of work they had to do and every other shop I called said they were scheduled a week to two weeks out. Awesome service and staff. There are places wayyyy closer to our house to get my car serviced, but I don't mind driving a few extra miles to be ensured Fred and his team are taking care of my vehicle. Their honesty and integrity speak for themselves.
