Generally good, but the mechanic was obnoxious and condescending when my wife opted not to have them replace springs. It was in for an oil change, and they claimed the springs were broken. They looked fine and we wanted a second opinion. They were fine according to our usual mechanic, who was not available for the oil change. The mechanic seemed to think that, since the inspection was part of the oil change, we were taking advantage by not giving him blanket permission to do any work he saw fit. I don't think he knew at first that my wife and I were together, so I heard the whole thing. Worst part was when he pretended that he had the right to withhold the vehicle, I calmly explained that he did not have that right, paid for the oil change and we went on our merry way. Hard sell = bad.

Awesome place. Brandon explained everything that was going on. Got me in and out as fast as they could. Also called on Friday and was in Saturday morning.

Made an appointment because I was going to wait while my tires were put on. Got there (8am) and they told me 2 hours which I thought was a bit long but whatever. An hour and 45 minutes later my truck hadn't moved. So I ask about it they told me 2 more hours! They Said "didn't they tell you this morning" I was like "you told me 2 hours I don't have 4 hours to wait for tires when I made an appointment. I have to get to work" they never offered any solution just had to wait. ????
