Service advisor was fast, efficient, and friendly. The only thing I can really say that wasn't great was the length of time I had to wait for an appointment because of how far out the service department was booked, but that could say they do such a great job they are popular. Overall, a great experience.
I have dealt with and purchased all of my vehicles with Premier. They always provide excellent service as well as informed and polite sales personnel. My service today was good and informative and courteous. My son recommended me to them some time ago and I haven’t had a complaint in all that time. I’d give a ‘thumbs up’ to my friends regarding Premier.
Couldn't have had a better time in purchasing a vehicle. Everyone here is pleasant and welcoming. We had our minds made up upon parking in the lot. Saw the one we wanted, & the rest is history.
