There has been a series of mistakes that need addressed at the 1680 W Market St, Akron, OH branch. We had a tire shipped to the store. Somehow when Steve, the manager, went to install the new tire, he managed to pop a hole in the side wall and also break the bead on the tire. He said he would have a tire in the next day. It ended up taking 9 business days to get a replacement tire. When we finally got the tire installed, there were deep scratches on the spokes, and chipped paint all around the wheel. They also managed to lose the lug bolt caps to the wheel. I took the car back to him and he acted like he had no clue what happened when I showed them the wheel, but claims to have one on order now. My wife complained that her steering wheel was shaking on the highway after getting the tire installed, so I took it out and tested it myself and found that she was correct. I checked the torque on the lug bolts, and it seems they decided to put the wheel on the car using their impact gun. They
