Was told my vehicle needed a catalytic converter. Took for a 2nd opinion at dealership and learned a part replaced by Shaw's was not attached properly. So no catalytic converter needed. Now my brakes need replaced again for the 4th time since 2018 (Shaw's did all the brake work) and even tho Natalie set an appt and confirmed brakes would be covered by warranty, I have been refused service after Andy looked my car over. Stated my brakes do need to be replaced but they will no longer service my vehicle. Told me to pick-up my vehicle and not to return. I would rate this business as ZERO stars if that was an option. Services: Exhaust, Brakes, Oil change
