Quality Body Shop

Kept my appointment with Nicole for an estimate, for damage done to my vehicle. Family member drove into garage :( without opening the door. Nicole came out took a look, when to the shop and brought out a member of their team who proceeded to remove the paint damage cleaned the entire front of the vehicle. Nicole hands on buffed out the marks. When they finished you couldn't tell anything happen other than 2 very small marks that Nicole recommended getting touch up paint from the dealing and cover the 2 small marks. They very easily could have taken the vehicle in the back did the very something and changed me and I would have happily paid. They are not just committed to "Quality Auto Body" but more over Quality Customer service! Service: Body & Trim

I would not recommend this body shop if you want your car repaired. If you want these guys to do total loss on your car they are experts in jacking up the estimates so insurance company will do total loss even if that’s not what you want as customers. My BMW had minor fender bender, always kept in garage, very low miles. Guy that works with state farm insurance, I ended up with him and from day one. He never called me, I called him over 10 times left messages, he called me once or twice in begging and he was focused on getting my car totaled, I don’t know what was in it for him. But got his way, he never called me to talk to me at all after I left messages for him. I got call from insurance company that body shop sent us another estimate and we’re gonna do total loss on you car. If I would hone with another body shop my would have been repaired and back in my garage. But I made the mistake by taking my car here. My recommendation never again. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The work was nice. I'll never go back nor recomend this outfit. The circumstances with my vehicle were out of my control and the shops control, but I absolutely do not like how they handled it and the hoops they wanted me to jump through.
