Got my truck fixed twice there good prices and did good woe
I had an emergency repair because my car kept running hot. They figured out what it was which was a blocked antifreeze hose. They were able to fix it and get me my car back the same day for $100 which wasn't too bad. I appreciated that. Thanks.
After receiving notification of shipping of an order that I did not place, I called to cancel the order, and they refused to cancel the order. I was then informed by the extremely rude representative that they "do not provide shipping labels for returns", and that once the item arrives, I need to send it back in order to receive a refund. So I am supposed to pay to return an item that I did not order? Ridiculous.
