Had an unfortunate incident with my car being assaulted by the door of another car in a parking lot. Their insurance was Geico, who sent me to A&C Auto body for an estimate and repair. Before agreeing to have my 6-month-old car repaired here I read the reviews, it all seemed quite positive. They assess the damage, and concluded that it needed to be repaired and couldn't be removed through PDR. The insurance company agreed to pay for it, and A&C did a fantastic job, you can't even see where the damage was or that the car has been repaired which is exactly what you want. Joey was amazing, and a car guy who you could tell, cares about cars as much as I do. If you care about your car you want somebody fixing it who cares about it as much as you, and is going to fix it the way they would fix it for themselves. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience I got my car back sooner than expected. I hope not to have to come back again and see Joey, but if that is the case, I know where I'm g

They have worst customer, service, in the body shop industries. They promised to be repaired vehicles within a week and it took almost 2 weeks. Whenever I call that when my vehicle will be prepared, they were saying in the morning. And next day they were saying afternoon, and Vincent said that after eight 4:30 PM. Finally, I got my vehicles. It was frustrating to deal with these auto shop. I will never ever go to the shop for the estimate estimator is coming just for two minutes . They are expensive as well.
