Rose the service manager is the best. She dropped off a loaner car 60 miles for me when my car wouldn't start. She kept in touch with me with all the repairs and she went above and beyond what I thought they could do for me. Great place and people, and I will highly recommend to anyone I know. I went to Westbury Jeep where Juan was my service contact. I had a terrible experience at Jeep Merrick Dodge Ram which is only a few minutes from my house and was so Happy I had the exact opposite experience with Juan. He was professional, courteous, explained everything about the problem with my car and told me how long it would take. He also called me and kept me updated. Two months later when I needed an inspection and oil change I did not go to Jeep Merrick around the corner. I went back to Westbury and had another great experience with Joseph on a Sunday. The guy was there working by himself and did not stop for a second. I was in and out so quickly. Highly recommend Westbury Jeep!
