The BEST alignment specialists out there. If you love your cars and your passengers, leave it to Ryan and his staff to keep your car running safely on the road. They were very thorough and explained in detail the critical adjustments made to keep my car running optimal again. Everything was set to OEM specs as if it just rolled off the assembly line. Trash, literally trash. I dealt with Ryan, terrible customer service and he denied causing further damage to my vehicle when he was clearly responsible. Good mechanics are hard to find, and I certainly didn’t find one here. You’ve been warned.

Had a vibration issue at 70+ on my brand new tirerack package (18" with Michelin Pilot Sport AS 4) that was supposedly road force balanced... Just took it to RCT Performance to get it redone, and was super surprised to learn that all 4 wheels needed to be adjusted and weights added. The balancing was way off. My vibrations completely disappeared and now I literally can't tell if I'm going 60 or 90 MPH... You don't realize how significantly off something like this is until you feel perfection. Highly recommend anyone in NYC that needs a to have their Tesla aligned or balanced etc. to visit RCT Performance in Westbury Li. Guys were very professional, and knew exactly how to work on teslas. They treated my car like gold. They used Jack pads for the lift, adjusted proper tire pressure, used a torque wrench on my lugs <3 , and most importantly, treated me and my car with respect.
