Out of towner here. Vehicle broke down on the interstate in the middle of the night. Had it towed here in the morning. The staff immediately worked to find a spot to squeeze me in, get my vehicle safely back on the road, and make sure my family was safe and taken care of. The mechanic took me under the vehicle and showed me exactly what needed to be repaired, and even pointed out mistakes made by previous ships in the past. Brought Van in for a rattle under the hood and a general inspection. Was provided a comprehensive report detailing vehicle issues. The van was repaired in a timely fashion and at a fair price.
