I've been using McKay since moving to Troy and have not been disappointed. They have good pricing and are able to figure out solutions when needed. Cassidy is great as well.

Cassidy got parts ordered and kept in contact with me Chris diagnosed oil leak on kids car when they were going to shop for appointment the balljoint fell out on my dodge dakota next door to shop I got truck towed to shop and chris worked on the balljoint outside of the shop off a stand anybody that's worked on 20 plus yr old trucks knows how difficult this is yet chris did it then he got in the shop and did other balljoint and repaired the leak in my kids car over a few days . I left my car to fix it in June. McKay said it’s ready to drive. Next day, starting noisy during driving and one week later, completely broke down on the freeway. I called towing truck and dropped my car nearest place. I spent 5000 dollars to repair my car in strange place. Need 3weeks to fix and replace my car for whole engine and radiator burning. After I came back home, I went to McKay to tell what happened. They told me all were my wrong. I had to bring my car right away but I told them I will go to travel and paid 500 dollars how come I can come back right away? And problem starting radiator, they did not have any responsibility because they did not even see it. If you plan to long drive, never ever go to this place. Don’t ask for checkup your car. They don’t know or don’t care !!
