My car broke down 1 and 1/2 hours away from where I lived, and I wasn't sure where to go. The shop may not be the biggest, but that means the cars are taken with care. The repair was done quickly and effectively, but I think most importantly they are very hospitable people and I felt comfortable giving them the car despite not knowing the area.
I and my family have been going to Krispin's for years and we intend to keep going for as long as we have cars. The staff at Krispin's is friendly and patient. The turn-around time on visits is pretty good too. If you need maintenance or repair use Krispin's.
