We had our cars photo’d for insurance, such a friendly place nice family business very friendly, an seems like dad is overlooking making sure all is right very good time waiting for pictures to be taken
My husband and I had to get pictures done for our insurance as we got new insurance the woman I spoke to the first time I called said that I needed to call first thing in the morning the day of my appointment because of it either raining or snowing which was fine i had no issue doing that I ended up having to cancel due to personal reasons and I called back the day of my appointment and moved it the gentleman I spoke to was very nice and got me in as soon as he could. However the day of the appointment my husband got there a little early and he went in and was very rude and told him he needed to come back at his scheduled appointment time and that they couldn't take the pictures till the set time and bye bye to him and told him to go wait in the car. He had to sit there for over 30 mins for pictures and it was something that took literally 5 mins at most there is away to speak to customers and that wasn't it. My father who also went there had a very similar experience and the woman
I took my car there for an oil change and inspection. They told me they couldn't inspect the car because it needed struts and it would cost between $800 and $900. I then took it to the dealership where I was informed that struts have absolutely nothing to do with safety and they could have inspected it. But they felt it was profitable to do the oil change. I feel a rip off was taking place.!!!!!!!!!
