No other collision shop was willing to take my vehicle in due to the fact I bought the part myself, I knew the part would fit my vehicle because I did my research, this shop had no issues with the fact I bought the part myself, everyone was extremely friendly and they did such an amazing job with the repair and the car detail at the end. Last time I take my car here what it was supposed to be a 7 days jod it turn in a full month they told me they to contact my insurance for a supplement and when I call my insurance they told me that they haven't contact them So they lie. They dont even call me to told me my was ready for pick up and now I have to pay 1000 plus for the rental bue of they badly communication. Service: Body & Trim

I needed to replace a taillight bulb. The car dealership wanted an exorbitant amount to replace the entire light assembly due to a stripped screw. I took a chance that Cole's of North Greenbush could creatively fix this and was right. I made a same day appointment. Matt inspected the issue and discussed it with a mechanic. The job was done in under an hour for a very reasonable labor-only price. My experience was great...professional, friendly and very competent. While in the waiting room, I witnessed the service team making and taking customer calls and having internal discussions about jobs in progress.
