Just plain wow! Pete and Ken are amazing. I have a Tesla Model 3, and Tesla repair has always been known to be a pain in the neck. Previously, before I ever met Pete, I had a huge scratch on my door and it took 6 months to get it fixed - just to give you some history. So, just recently, a lady ran a stop sign and smack right into my rear quarter panel on the driver's side. Ran right into a sensor - and everybody knows (at least those who own Teslas), that the quarter panels are the most expensive and most difficult to fix. Pete repaired the car fast - and I mean __super__ fast. The fact that he was willing to even work on my Tesla in the Syracuse area was a godsend. Excellent customer support, excellent quality, and professional service!
