Dude just straight up didn't want to help me He kept throwing out ridiculous prices and all I want it was someone to help me with my muffler
Terrible Customer Service. Called an Hour Ahead of Time. Said I needed 4 Tires Put on. He said you can come now and we can pull you right in. I drove 30 min away . I get there and they tell me a 3 hour wait and the man at counter was extremely rude. I will never bring my business here again.
Horrible experince! spent 1200 dollars to have tensioner belt at the Albany location then they didnt do it right so i was told to go this one because it was closer to me. The mechanics at this location cared less about the issue i had and they were quick to give a new diagnosis which was wrong ! When i complained they said i should take the car to Albany!
