This is the ONLY place I will get my vehicle serviced. The customer service is always 10/10. My vehicle is always serviced in a timely manner. I’ve been to this location 5 times now & every time has been great. Today I had an oil change done & I didn’t have the coupon so James honored it anyways.
So, whenever anything goes wrong with my PITA Subaru, I go to Midas. They are truly the most honest and innovative mechanics. If there's some way we can preserve a part, they have time and time again (no matter who is servicing it, so it's not just one person particularly) offered me a repair suggestion over a full replacement IF there is one. The fact that they OFFER more fiscal alternatives is why I will continue to use them for my car needs. James has helped me this time and at least once before and he's just incredible! Excellent customer service, every time! Thank you guys!
Called for inspection got me in next day. Wait was a little long before my vehicle was brought in but after that was quick.
