I’ve been going to Massello’s Auto Service for years and have found them to be an excellent shop. Far better than the chain shops. Honest, reliable and trustworthy. Not the cheapest but definitely the best! Tony, AJ, Matt and Dave are wonderful to work with and professional. If you’re looking to get the job done right, Massello’s is the shop you need to go to.
I'm not from the Syracuse area, so I asked friends for recommendations and ended up finding Masello's. I was worried that as a young female who knows very little about cars I would be taken advantage of and overcharged, but that was certainly not the case. I was very happy with the service. Very professional, friendly, and Tony clearly cares a lot about providing good service for his clients.
First time I have ever been there and they were so kind! I went in for inspection, brake work, and some exhaust repairs. Tony was super friendly and upfront about the issues I was having and tried to knock down cost anyway he could as I am potentially trading in soon. Highly recommend.
