Chantel, Scott, and everyone at Caliber Collision on West Genesee Street provided a wonderful experience, from beginning to end. I would give them 10 stars, if I could. I've never experienced better customer service, including both the in-person contact with Chantel and Scott, and the text and phone updates. The repair work was excellent and it was completed well ahead of time, and they also did a pretty exhaustive cleaning of the interior and exterior of my van, at no charge.
