Real Scam! I brought my car in because it was having a vibration problem from one of the tires on the highway. He told me he would check it out and give me a call back with the diagnosis. He called me and told me all my brakes needed replacing and he only changes the brake pads with new rotors. He does not just change the brake pads. He also said my control arms, all shocks, and all tires needed changing. He ran the bill up to $2,700. When I told him that I changed most of the things he mentioned within the last year. He then told me If you do not want anything done, I will have to pay him $250. I asked him for what? all I wanted you to do is just check a tire. He said I charge 125 and hour and it took us 2 hours to check everything. What a scam. He did nothing. All I asked him to do was to check the tires. He got really rude when I asked for the car back. He said he will bring the car off the lift after I pay him (for nothing). I then went to A&J's tires, they looked at the tires and

That was the first time I used Premier Auto . The service was pretty good . I got there around their lunch time From 1pm to 2pm so I had a little wait . I will not go on their Lunch Time . Better than a 4 hr. Wait at Pep Boys and on top of a 4hr. Wait you have to drop your car off that was something I was not going to do . So I went to Premier for my oil change and I plan on going back to Premier for my inspection next week . What Happened to Pep Boys Service ?

Had A flat and needed new tires on my Genesis G70, Premier got me in and out in 30 mins, Excellent Top Notch service. Always helped me when i needed it even last second. Great staff, they check up with you every couple of months to make sure everything is okay. Thank you Meagan and thank you Premier.
