Ken & Jonathan (father and son at Premier Auto on Forest Avenue in Staten Island) definitely earned my 5 star rating, 1. for exceptional customer service (even after business hours !) and 2. for very professional work. My new, 2022 lease needed complex mechanical repairs and body work and they did a really great job on both counts !
This is one of the few honest garages. They always try their best to work for you. I've known the owner for over 20 years, and he's a very nice guy and reasonable man. Throughout the time I've been going from shop to shop and aways end up at this shop because of the prices and the way they treat their customers. I have recommended this shop to a lot of people, and they were very happy with the outcome, and I will keep recommending this shop to others.
Every time I enter, Jonathan goes out of his way to help me. Whether it is an oil change or a brake job they treat me with respect and professionalism. I have been a returning customer for 5 years now and highly recommend them.
