Fix a Dent Auto Body

My vehicle was recently involved in an accident where it spun out and damaged on all sides. In addition to the body damage, the vehicle was practically undriveable. It needed a great deal of body work and mechanical work. Once my car was in the hands of Fix a Dent, everything was taken care of by the professional office staff. After I filed my claim, Gina handled everything with the insurance company. When the insurance adjuster tried to refuse some of the work that was needed, Fix a Dent management stepped in and fought to get what was needed for my car. When I had last seen my car, before being flat-bedded away by Fix a Dent (by a very professional driver), I was very upset at the extent of the damage. I just picked up my car, and I am absolutely shocked! The car looks just like it did the day I bought it (actually, I think it's shinier!). So bad service . I do not recommend to deal with them . Specially a guy called John in the front office Ok , you wanna know why the service is bad I can tell you . I paid all fees but you John did not provide any proof or receipt for the money I paid and this is not a professional way expected from a big corporation like you . Moreover, when I insisted to get I a receipt he delivered me a receipt with a value less than the amount I paid. When I refused this receipt he exchanged the receipt with the actual amount. And this also not a professional way . Sure , he was not satisfied cause I refused to abandon my rights so he made me wait for about an hour to get my car back despite he received all the fees . Finally, when I got the car , he intentionally left it in the street far from the office without notifying me and a no one in your office told me that the car is ready .seem to be he intentionally wants to cause me to be late and disrupt my work, as if I he wants to punish me beca
