Called on a whim to see if I could get in for an Inspection and oil change during an unexpected free lunch hour. I live near by but have never used this shop. They said they could fit me in so I went right there. Efficient, thorough and reasonably priced. Glad I decided to give em a shot, wish I did sooner!
I have been going to Jay's for about 5 years to service my vehicle. Any time I have had an issue it has been addressed. They are very nice and professional and let you know about the issue at hand and if other issues may show up down the line. I cannot recommend them enough!
On my way home from buying a truck from a private owner in Amsterdam I broke down on the highway, the hose to the radiator let loose and needless to say I needed a tow. We looked up for the closest garage and Jay's was it. He promptly came and towed the truck to his garage, and being from out of state I had to wait for it to be fixed. So, instead of making me wait till afternoon Jay went right to work on it and got me on my way home. Thank you very much Jay!! Fred from CT
