1 star rating...I go into shop for one problem ...come out with others which they CANNOT FIX....Cannot keep appointment time they setup...they do not call back customers...I was told we are ordering parts for you on Friday Dec 13...now Thursday Jan 16, 2025 still no call back...I realize how they play their game....those parts were never ordered on Dec 15... and they hoped I would just go away.....What a way to do business....
At the center of Chrisler Automotive is Paul. I've gladly paid for new tires, removal of minor scratches, and oil changes. What left a lasting impression about his passion was honest input about brands and frequency of replacements of parts. I cross fingers hoping this place flourishes. Service: Tires
