I've been going to them for 5 years and they are a great model for any business to follow. They have repeatedly saved me dollars on repairs another mechanic suggested that didn't need to be done. They have also not charged me for follow up work after the initial work did not resolve the problem with my car. Can't say enough good things about them.
Burt and Team diagnosed an issue with my Audi A5, but because of factory programming required, they were not able to repair the component. As such, Burt did not charge me for the time and effort spent to identify the issue. Thank you Union Coach Works! Would recommend to anyone.
