Took my Ridgeline in for it's first oil change. They told me how long it would take which was on point. Had my grandson with me who stayed pretty occupied in the waiting area. Needed a same day NYS inspection and boy was my experience amazing. Let me tell you why. 1st off, their online scheduling platform is seemless and efficient. You pick the vehicle and service needed, shuttle/drop-off/stay options and then it shows you all of the available times to pick from and reserve. When you get there, a rep greets you and takes a quick walk around video of your vehicle and escorts you in to meet your service rep. I got Megan. She verified the appointment and made sure the services I needed were accurate. She then asked if I needed a shuttle, was dropping off or staying and said the expected wait time of the job. She offered to familiarize me with the customer lounge, which had free snacks, beverages, plugs, charging ports, TVs and more. Get the moccachino w/1caramel pump; you won't be disappointed. The service department is excellent. I make my appointments online. They are ready to help the minute I pull into their garage They gave me an estimate of the service before it is performed, and time care will be Ready.. I received texts with questions and concerns.
