I can’t even give him a star he’s a crook I just went in for an estimate on ball joint replacement labor $125 hour 4hour job then $100 for alignment any time you do front suspension work you do an alignment with total price he charge separately Smdh how people giving this business 4and 5 star you guys go in for oil or air filter change ????????

I hope this is the right place... I commute from Commack to Freeport using the Southern State Parkway. This morning I got a flat on my way to work... With all the trees down, I’m pretty sure one of the million branches I had ran over got stuck in the tire. Anyways, it was about 7:25 when I pulled over. I got out of my car to check and make sure it was a flat, and sure enough, it was. I got back in to text my boss and let him know I was going to be late. I then went to the back, pulled out the spare, and was looking for the jack when one of Joe’s Auto Repair mechanics pulled up. He checked to see what was wrong, immediately went out of his way to jack up my car, and change my flat to the spare using a drill he had in his car, all out of the kindness of his heart. I didn’t even catch his name, but I was back on the road by 7:35 (10 MINUTES), and even made it to work on time. To that guy to stopped to help me, thank you!

I just got scammed by these guys, took my car for an alignment, they didn’t do it right and when I went back joe told me he was gonna charge me again. if you value your time and money DONT GO there.
