I finally found a great mechanic and garage. After several failed attempts at servicing my car with various dodgy, mechanics or crooks, I found the perfect balance at Tolima's. Specifically, I have to say that Alex who runs the shop is one of the best communicators youll ever deal with. He sends Videos, as the work is happening, and in case, something else is discovered along the way. This allows you to follow the progress, but also to make split second decisions, and avoid unsavory surprises. I also have to give a big recommendation for the mechanic that worked on my car, his name is Dario , amazing. Their prices are perfectly in line with industry standards, their shop is incredibly clean, which says a lot about what youre walking into, and the quality of the work. Highly recommend Tolima's. This shop has been great to my T1N (2005) Sprinter. If you have one of these vans, you know how finicky they can be, and how difficult it can be sometimes to diagnose and get parts. It can also be tricky to find a shop that is willing to even look at it! Long story short, I had a transmission fluid leak on mine and got the repair done. However, the issue came back within a couple of weeks and I really respect that they did the right thing and did not double-charge me for labor when they revisited the issue. It did take a while to get everything done and repaired in the end, but I always felt like Alex was willing to work with me until everything was 100% again. I never felt I was getting ripped off, and when I compared the cost of parts that they gave me to my own sources, I found them comparable. As a bonus, they send little video clips as they are diagnosing the issue and doing the repair so that you can physically see what they are replacing and addressing. Overall, I recommend this

Awesome place. Hard to find reputable shops and trusted mechanics. Alex updated me numerous times a day through phone calls and videos. Price was great compared to other places. Had a hub bearing replaced on a 14’ Tundra. Alex is the guy to go. Treats your car like it’s his
