After reading the reviews, I was hopeful that this company would be the right choice. But after speaking to the woman on the phone, she was rude and unprofessional and kept cutting me off before I finished speaking. Instead of answering my questions, she was snarky and sarcastic. She doesn’t know how to speak to people and needs a lesson in customer service.
The best auto shop around kind interested in you and your vehicle not your pocket. I've been using their services since 2003 and as of now never disappointed me. Always A+ work.
I am truly thankful I found you guys. Your top quality work , staff and excellent customer service is greatly appreciated. This is the only company that I dealt with that keep me updated daily via phone call or tex message with the progress of my car repair. My car was delivered to me like new. Thank you so much.
