Isaac Auto Repair

Although Isaac seems like a great dude, after a few jobs he's done at a great price, the experience has went way downhill. Whenever I bring my car there he won't speak for more than 20 seconds to confirm what needs to be done. He'd be rushed, looking bothered and pretend to understand what I say before I leave, walking away while I'm mid sentence. Then while it's "being worked on" he'd ignore my phone calls for days on end after the promised date, and when I finally pick up the car he hasn't fixed the main things I went there for saying he was too busy or that it didn't need fixing. This happened the past 3 times. One time my car was left in the rain with the windows open and my carpet was soaked, smelled awful. Being busy isnt a reason to not be able be able to talk to a customer to confirm what will be done, ignore phone calls (passed by while calling and saw him screening my call), then not deliver even when the stuff to fix was written on paper on more than one occasion. This garage sucks！My battery warranty is 18 months. My battery died within a year. The boss said that my battery factory went bankrupt. It's the same manufacturer. They use refurbished batteries.
