This was my very first time using North Side Auto Body. From my very first conversation/ interaction with them, they have all been nothing but extremely professional and courteous. Prior to contacting them to service my vehicle, i asked around and was recommended to them by multiple different people and even other body shops that were unable to service my vehicle. I spoke with and coordinated my services with Anthony and Michael who were both amazing. Between dropping my vehicle off, being updated on my vehicles status and pick up, communication was next to perfect. When i picked up my vehicle, the first thing i did was check to see if the damage that was done to my vehicle prior to bringing it there was fixed and brought back to factory condition. Upon seeing my vehicle, the condition was brought back to its factory condition. I was also blown away with the efforts and attention to detail when detailing my vehicle. In today's climate of poor to no customer service, Northside is an oasis to the opposite: from a team that is super sensitive to the customer, efficient, professional and knowledgeable; to their more than reasonable pricing and ease of scheduling; to their impeccable work completed as scheduled; to their attention to detail in returning a glistening clean - inside and out - vehicle with gifts, no less! No one chooses auto damage, but after 62 years of driving and no previous mishaps, Northside Auto Body made the necessary repairs to my newly purchased auto a stress-free, almost pleasant, experience. My experience with Northside Auto Body was great from start to finish. The day after our accident they were able to inspect our car without an appointment and accepted our car that day. They guided me on our insurance and rental car options, and were just incredibly friendly and knowledgeable through the entire process, keeping me up to date on what the status of my car was the entire time. I believe their final estimate even came in slightly lower than my insurance inspector. Their work on the car was fantastic...I got it back looking like new, and they even fully detailed the car before I picked it up. Nobody wants to have to go through a car accident and the process of dealing with the aftermath, but the Northside team really made it all as painless as possible and I truly appreciate their professionalism, attitude, and work ethic.
