I moved to poughkeepsie a few months ago and wanted to find a place to have my oil changed. I googled places in my area and found North Road Auto. I booked an oil change there and I noticed when I arrived for the appointment the lady was unique in her behavior and the gentleman behind the counter seemed to be the owner or manager and was very pushy. I requested that a sticker be put in my windshield with a new service day so that I could return when my oil change was due. After the oil change and returning home I noticed the mechanic did not put the sticker in the window. This is a standard procedure that is completed daily. Also the mechanic has a vehicle identical to mine. I called and advised he forgot to put the sticker in the windshield the lady that answered the phone it was clear she could care less. I just recently bought a used car and it had some issues. I initially brought my car in for my NY safety but they found some issues with my car. Adam was amazing! He helped me figure out the best option for my vehicle and my situation. I had to replace the transmission. They did the repairs for me very quickly and my car is running great.
