I had a wonderful experience here. Alicia was very kind and helpful and Ty was great having all my work done in 45 minutes. They were kind and prompt. Very nice atmosphere and very professional. I will definately come back.

Single females beware!!! Went in for an oil change and to look at a belt that was making a sound. I was told I needed repairs that would cost me more than double the worth of my car. Alicia rolled her eyes and was annoyed when I said I did not want the repairs done and that I only wanted the oil change. After that conversation, I thought Alicia was going to come back inside and ask me what type of oil I wanted, but the next thing I know my car is done which is highly unprofessional. For the repairs, I went to get another opinion elsewhere and was told that my car doesn’t actually need any of the work they said I needed and my issue was an easy fix. I used to come with no issues when Ronnie was there, but what happened with Alicia I will not be returning. Do not go here for an oil change because they will be rude and don’t fall into their trap.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this repair shop when I needed to replace both tires on my car. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were eager to assist me. Isaiah in particular was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience. The tire replacement itself was completed quickly and efficiently. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this mavis location and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of tire replacement or other car repairs. Thanks to Isaiah and the rest of the team for providing such great service!
