Rob is a true professional at what he does! Our daughter’s car was hit and damaged while parked up at college, and Rob took care of the entire repair from beginning to end. His receptionist was more than friendly and helpful, all paperwork was submitted to our insurer, and the repair work was completed within 4 days. He took care of everything, and we didn’t have to worry at all. The back bumper, side panel, tire and trim were ordered, painted and replaced, and damage to the back trunk was repaired seamlessly. .
