Serafino is a talented mechanic. He listens carefully to your concerns and finds a way to address them. He fixes rattles the dealer can't even detect!
I have an older Mercedes and dealing with Serafino for the first time was great overall. I almost never trust car guys and I feel like I could trust him from beginning to end. I ended up doing more work on my car than I was prepared for but in the end I feel like I totally made the right decision in going to see these guys. My car is running as smooth as a kitten now. I will only use them from now on. Mercedes Dealerships beware.
