Nice people that previously did a good job at a fair price on my commercial vehicles. Left them a personal luxury vehicle and had a different experience. They left the car untouched for weeks due to backlog (reasonable but wouldn't have left car had I known timeline) then finally at my protest finished the car in a rush. When I picked it up there was heavy overspray on multiple panels, a few new scratches, no gas and an oil warning. Great place for economy vehicles and lease returns.

Run, don't walk, RUN to Frank's Auto Body. After getting estimates at several local auto body shops, Frank's estimate was 50-70% lower than the others! He is also the friendliest and kindest business owner you will ever meet. The quality of the work was outstanding AND he finished AHEAD of schedule. I later on found a new scuff mark on my fender from another minor parking incident and stopped by his shop....Frank fixed it for me in 10 minutes for free! I am a customer for life. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I first met with Frank, the owner - he could not have been more friendly, professional, and kind. He did a thorough inspection of my car’s damage and advised what would need to be done to fix it. Dave was able to rearrange the schedule to fit me in so the car could be repaired while I was on vacation, saving me the headache of having to rent a car. They did a great job on the body work!
