Charged my wife 50 bucks to plug a hole (nail in tire). This costs about 10 bucks in the Bronx or Yonkers but these jokers charged for an hour of mechanic repair time. Make your own decisions but that’s about the worst price gouging I have ever heard. It’s takes less than 10 minutes to plug a tire.

Courteous and professional. Took on a job that the dealership apparently couldn't handle and did it in record time. Usually do my own work, but couldn't. They definitely lessened the pain of paying someone else to work on my truck.

Please don’t go to these two guys, John and Nick, I’ve been going to this repair shop for years until I saw that the new manager was the old manager from glens towing in Elmsford. Nick lost his job over at Glens for a good reason and it’s a shame this repair shop will go downhill because of him. It doesn’t surprise me that the owner John hired someone like him to run his shop. I’ve seen the owner John steal from customers by telling them they need something when they really don’t. While pumping gas I’ve seen the way he yells at his employees and disrespects them. On the last week of April 2019 I witnessed how the short manager nick yelled at one of the young lady’s from the office while I was pumping gas (just for asking a simple question). How the owner John stood there and didn’t reprimand the manager Nick for yelling at her like that is beyond me. Bottom line is don’t go to this shop, the technicians do good work but management needs help. I’ll be reporting them to the BBB and the s
