Walmart Auto Care Centers

I have yet to go here and not have some type of an issue. Forgetting services requested. Car making noises that weren't there when taken. Being told toms sensors are good to avoid having to do the job they neglected. Only to find out they're not good and should've been replaced as requested. Very amateurish. Will not go there again except for balance and rotation.

It took almost two and a half hours to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Then I got a call shortly after I got home saying my engine cover was left off and I had to come back in to have it put back on. While I was waiting I watched one of the guys and one of the girls who work on people's vehicles laughing, joking around, and playing games. It seems more time is spent doing this than working. I don't know if I'll go back after this experience. If I do, it will only be because it's close and they're cheap. I'll probably just take the drive to a different Walmart, though. Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I'd put no stars at all if I could. Spent over an hour in store waiting to talk to someone and was pretty much ignored, called several times in a day and was left on a dial tone for over 10 mins with no one picking up. I honestly am at an absolute loss as to how these people are even employed when they can't even do something as basic as simple customer service.
