I went to Steve's in mid October. As a Canadian traveling to the US for work, I found myself in some car trouble, and was fortunate enough to hear about Steve's Auto. They were very helpful and I was on my way in just a few short hours as they thankfully had some space for me that day. I'll forever be grateful for the professional and timely help that I received there. God bless the folks at Steve's Auto!

Well Steve's Auto is awesome, friendly, with all the know how, and reasonably priced. Only reason I only gave them 4 stars is they are super busy. Which it makes it hard to get an appt and get multiple things done. Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Auto A/C replacement, Transmission repair, Vehicle safety inspection

New to NY and the Niagara Falls area. Have a 2008 Subaru Forester that needed some attention. Steve (mechanic) and Tabitha (front end) were both friendly, professional and fairly quick. Called, made an appointment and dropped off my car. The next day Steve had the car diagnosed and I received a call with the diagnosis. Like most people I did my googling and found this place to have solid, good reviews and talked to a current customer (landlord) who is also happy with their service. My faith was rewarded and I will be going back the next time I need anything done to my car. If you read this review, give them a call and start a conversation. Yes I’m a real customer and I want to save people the trouble from having a bad experience somewhere else. They are honest about what they do and don’t do, knowledgeable and busier which is always a good sign.
