as the shop owner i have to include my side of the story as i know this customer i rember the car a ford edge we found the problem has some problem removing the part due to a broken bolt went to dealer to get part was not avail sent a friend to retrive part in buffalo called customer with a estimate she agreed we repaired the car its unfortunate she is upset as i have repaired he friends car several times all i can say is i am sorry you are upset

I went to Len for a second opinion after a shop told me my alternator was bad. After looking over the vehicle Len advised me it was not my alternator that needed to be replaced but my water pump he wasn’t able to do the repair himself but reached out to another shop owner and friend of his to do it for me. I decided to call my dealership and found out the water pump would be covered under warranty. When I called Len to tell him I would be picking up the vehicle he was genuinely happy for me that it was covered. If I every need repairs again (not covered under warranty) Len will be my first call.
