New Rochelle Toyota Service and Parts

My mother went for an Oil change and NY inspection. She was told her Sienna needed major repairs for around 3k-4k in order to pass. I told her not to do it. We took the car to a different Toyota dealership for the inspection. The car passed. When we asked this new dealership service if the car needed anything, we were told the car was in good conditions. They just tried to take advantage of an elderly woman. Shame on this shop.

Worst experience I have ever had getting a car serviced! I had an appointment at 1 PM for routine maintenance/oil change. They said it should take about an hour so at 2 PM I asked if the car was almost ready. He said he would go check. He came back and said it should be ready soon. Waited another hour and a 3 PM asked what was going on, it shouldn’t take this long. I was told they “ran into issues with the car before” me and hadn’t even started my oil change!!! He then told me they would start the maintenance now but it would take another hour. I asked for my car back. I waited 2.5 hours and they didn’t even touch my car. ALL I NEEDED WAS AN OIL CHANGE! Avoid this place at all cost.

Went for a simple oil change, and they left the screw loose, so the car spilled about a quart of oil in my parking spot. They took 3 hours to complete a simple oil change. The technician also damaged the center console by leaving some object that became lodged between the door to the console and its frame. They offered to fix it, but I won't let them near my brand new vehicle ever again. If they can't complete a simple oil change, what makes me believe they can do a real vehicle repair. 1st and last time I go to this service repair center.
