My car battery died due to the intense cold and they came to pick up the car, got it jump started and turned it around fast with a new battery. They even stayed late to make sure I got my car back same day. Price charged was very reasonable. I’ll definitely keep them on speed dial for future car service!
I needed to get my car inspected before the annual sticker expired. I was preoccupied all day, and finally came upon some free time late in the afternoon. I drove from gas station/service center to another in three different towns- ALL of them said come back in the morning...except Jack's. By the time I got to Jack's, it was already around 6pm. I expected the same response from them, but instead, they inspected my car right away and did it in such a timely matter. I didn't have to take time off from work to get it done. Thank you, Jacks!
This is the most unprofessional, unknowledgeable "repair shop" i have EVER dealt with ANYWHERE. If you want to get your issue fixed or at the very least PROPERLY diagnosed, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. If they dont know you, these shady people will take your money and leave you without your car for days. Nobody there seemed to know anything about anything, from the owner Jack to his abnoxious son Mike. This was a waste of money and time to not even have the problem AT LEAST PROPERLY DIAGNOSED.
