These guys kept me in limbo for a long time to fix my car. They had me drop it off then pick it back up the next day because they needed a part and couldn’t do the job until they got it. No problem. I called for over a month to see if they got the part in and they kept giving me excuses. I finally gave up and took the car somewhere else and got the job done in 2 hours. I get that every shop can’t take on small jobs and I would’ve been okay with being told no had they just been upfront with me about it.
