Their customer service is a joke! I pull up on the driveway and one man that was sitting there just looked at me – no greeting. I pull up some more to ask him if I can get a safety anr emissions inspection, and he just points and tells me to talk to another guy who's also sitting, doing nothing and doesn't even get out of his chair to talk to a customer. So I get out of my car and approach him asking if I can get an inspection, and he just says "Not right now. Come back in 2 hrs." He doesn't take any of my information to confirm an appointment, so I just left. I'm never coming here again!

Red is such a kind, fair, and accommodating autobody technician! I brought my car to him for a bumper replacement and fixing a very deep, rusty scratch on my car door. My paint is pearl white and I had many shop owners tell me I would pay $2,000+. Red gave me a very fair quote, and went above and beyond in my repair!
